Because coronavirus ignorance is dangerous, but neglecting tracking the outbreak is lethal!

Since the outbreak of the coronavirus pandemic, many around the world began to invent and test new mobile applications addressing the crisis. I decided to participate and share with you my own prototype design of DeCorona, an application that is significantly helpful in dealing with coronavirus: Not only it provides you with the necessary information and prevention measures, it also includes symptoms checker, and helps you and your loved ones stay safe through the location tracker and the status updates.

1- My profile, including all the necessary personal data such as age, gender, and chronic diseases, if any.

2- Around you, helping you keep abreast of the situation around you using Bluetooth and location technologies. It sends you an alarm if you visited a place recently visited by a positive coronavirus case and sends you the exact measures if you need to begin a home quarantine. Also, the application contains a feature allowing you to check if a certain place is safe to visit or not.

3- Close and casual contacts, allowing you to check the safety of your loved ones. All contacts are uploaded in the app automatically and you define your closed contacts to receive updates on their statuses.

4- Current activity status, updating your status including home quarantine.

5- Screening tool, checking your symptoms, and contacting emergency when needed. It is designed as a chatbot allowing fast interaction.

Unfortunately we didn't go live with this app, but this idea implemented by other counties
