Autevo Business challenge, Autevo looked for the next step in their business through adopting a digital approach in delivering on-demand car washes to their customers. Their off-line booking process consumed effort and time from their team and customers as well. Approach The aim was to create two versions for Autevo mobile applications to suit both the operation team and car owners. Autevo mobile applications were mainly based on three core features: modern design, easy-to-use flows, and time-saving options to guarantee an efficient booking process for both the car owners and the operation team.

The aim was to create two versions for Autevo mobile applications to suit both the operation team and car owners. Autevo mobile applications were mainly based on three core features: modern design, easy to use flows, and time-saving options to guarantee an efficient booking process for both the car owners and the operation team.
Autevo could save effort and money after launching their digital mobile applications in the market. More customers were satisfied with their services as the experience was seamless and user-friendly. The whole booking process starting from choosing the time and location till the final payment could now be done in a few minutes.

Loyal customers and promoters increased after launching the app as it provides an easier way for the package subscriptions. Trust is further enhanced after adding the reviewing option in the app so that customers can guarantee secure services based on real reviews. Also, through the internal version of the application, work is handled faster and with higher quality. Autevo achieved their target and gained publicity as shown from the positive reviews on Play store/ App store and on different social media channels.
• Digitalize the car washing booking process which usually constitutes a major issue for the service providers.
• Guarantee a simpler, faster and easier experience to book a car wash through a smart design that allows users to select the service, choose a specific time and location and determine their method of payment.
• Advertise and promote new products/services for Autevo.
• Increase the percentage of the different subscription packages.
• Design a simple experience for the operation team to manage both the delivery areas and the resources.
• Design a simple experience for the car owners to receive their car wash requests and organize their daily schedules.

This tab is for the car owner’s orders, either upcoming or previous. With CTAs for re-booking the wash in case of a previous wash was booked, or booking a wash for empty state.
